Hmm my comment was taken down thus judge is ignorant she denied my ICWA RIGHTS..SHE KNEW KVC WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY BABY WHO SUSTAINED A BRAIN INJURY THAT NEVER GOT TREATED..I HAVE NOT SEEN MY CHILD IN 5 MONTHS..I SAW HIM BY VIDEO AND HE WAS UNRESPONSIVE AND APPEARED BRAIN DAMAGED..I TOLD HER SHE IGNORED ME..MY LAWYER IGNORES ME..THE GAL STANCHIK WAS BEING RASCIST ABOUT THE FATHERS NATIVE AMERICAN HERITAGE. THIS COURT IS A JOKE AND IM GOING TO SEE TO IT THAT EVERYONE FROM THE SHAWNNE JS POLICE DEPT THE OLATHE POLICE DEPT AND 911 DISPATCH.KVC AND KANSAS DCF AND ALL OPPOSING COURT ATTENDERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO MY CHILD MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND THE CHEROKEE TRIBE

Judge shoeng disreguarded the fact that i told her i had a open case at the time that my daughters dad molested my son. She ignored it and gave my baby to a pedophile.

She has ignored every sign and testimony that I have giving warning her and the guardian ad litem Rachelle eikenwald. I've told the whole course that my daughter's father is a drug addict and also the woman he married was a drug addict and that my daughter should not be living with him even though this little one mistake that I have made now that they have made a decision to have my daughter live with her dad she was molested and now I have not seen or talked to my daughter within two weeks because Child Protective Services took her away. Now my visitation rights are violated. Judge Erica shoeng ignores all of this she ruined my life thinking that she was teaching me a lesson when the lesson was learned of me starting over and doing what's right for my kids

Had Erica Shoenig rule during my divorce case. She fat fingered the child support amount she calculated and I overpaid by $25k and never saw a penny of it back. My kid was kicked out of Kids TLC because her mother got into a fight with the child therapist and was constantly endangering the emotional well being of the child. Judge IGNORED this completely. 3 other kids being emotionally abused and again IGNORED. This judge has ZERO interest in what is actually best for anyone but herself.

The comment #KS43 is a nice way of describing Erica Schoenig. Her career should be over and she should have to answer for her actions in a court of law. Erica Schoenig should have to look into the eyes of the children of whom she stole the innocence from and explain why she destroyed their childhood. Erica Schoenig is a pathetic excuse for a Judge who was appointed by an outgoing pathetic excuse for a governor. She has earned nothing other than distrust and disrespect.

Lazy and disinterested. Will make whatever choice that means less work for her. Doesn’t care about the safety of children and is very unfriendly. gives biased chances when uncalled for, and calls off random statutes to “support” her decisions. WORTHLESS judge. Doesn’t care about family law, pretty sure it’s a means to an end for her career.

Erica Schoenig is sexist, biased and has no regard for the law or facts. She will violate your constitutional rights and do so knowingly, especially if her attorney friend is involved in the case. She does not even know the correct legal citations and often references a statute or law that has nothing to do with her ruling.

Rulings are contradicted by the evidence, allows perjurious testimony with no recourse, ignores KSA statutes include Rule 110 & 23-3210, allows violation of civil procedure and then denies the other party the same = Violation of equal protection. Due Process is ingored - good luck being timely heard.

Judge Schoening did not listen to evidence as she has a pre conceived plan of action. Ignored testimony from all parties. Did not apply proper rule of law in my opinion.
