Divorce took 4 years. From 2015 to 2016 to 2017 this tardy judge had the case "under advisement" Yes, you saw that right, he got final arguments in 2015, and did not rule until 2017. Very slow. Ruling was short, fair and just. But there can be no excuse for the years it was "under advisement".
