Concerns regarding pre-judging cases prior to hearings based on statements and preliminary rulings. High turnover with staff attorneys and clerks. Rulings delayed for months to over a year. Numerous case and factual inaccuracies in rulings. Motion hour cancelled frequently. Polite and patient, however, can appear disinterested at times. Handwritten rulings require clarification that she finds irksome.
