In 2003, Judge Cote let my case go to a settlement conference. This case was in contempt of court and case in contempt can only be heard by a judge not a magistrate. During that settlement conference I was emotionally traumatized. This is called being put into duress. My lawyer did not defend me and I lost everything that day. I appealed the case. It went back before judge Cote and when the term duress is used I should have had relief from judgement. This did not happen. I represented my self and went up against 5 lawyers. Again this is illegal as they ganged up against me. Again, going before Judge Cote in 2010, he did the final stripping. Where we are at today. We had no access to medical treatment. My middle son has been sick for 12 years. Can not work and can not get any help of any kind medically. I am now on Social Security Disability. I can not even bring up my practice part time. Medical care has to be out of State. The older son has actually had to live homeless to get out of this area. The younger one was traumatized through the school system. The whole community shut down to us.I now have to do every thing on $934.00 per month. No food stamps. No housing assistance etc. No healthcare for the middle son. This is more complicated than what I am writing. My Rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness have been denied.
