This judge issued me the full extent of child support although I have my kids almost half the time. He know that Title IV-D lines he and his cronies' pockets. The Federal government pays the state 66 cents on the dollar for every dollar paid in child support. Simply put, the $1000 per month I pay my ex wife, the state receives $666 match from the Feds. Much of this kickback is not traced and can be found in the pockets of judges like this one.
