All I have to say is, if you're a black person who has any legal matters and have to go in front of this judge, he's going to convict you for just being black. He's a racist without a doubt and show no consideration at all about being racist , I just hope you get your fairness that's do to you on your judgment day and you spend eternally in hell exactly where you belong and be forever torment, so you'll know how your litigant felt

I have practiced before almost every judge in Baltimore County, Judge Wyman is not a racist. If he was, I'd call him out. He has never failed to treat every one of my clients with fairness. He speaks his mind and will opine, for example, that he has little confidence that a certain repeat offender won"t be back again. He's not falsely friendly or
phony. This is one of the judges that we attorneys are always happy to find on the bench because he is cordial, understanding and more considerate of our clients than most of his colleagues here. We wish the rest of the judges could be more like him.4b

Very bias towards black people, badgering African Americans is his approach from the bench, along with Indigenization to Antagonizing Black defendants into confrontation provoking the defendant to become hostile for justification of his bias decisions against all African Americans who stands in front of him as he hands down unfair Judgment

Very bias towards black people. I had a speeding ticket for the very first time ever. I watched this judge let a white woman who had a previous PBJ, children in her car without their car seat/seat belt on, and was driving well over the speed limit; off with no points & paying only court cost.
This judge questioned me twice whether I had any prior speeding tickets; I was trying to figure out whether or not I had gotten a ticket when I was younger, SMH. After telling him "no" twice that I hadn't had any prior speeding tickets, no prior PBJ, he ruled for no points; however, my fine was still in the HUNDREDS. I was in shock because I watched people with prior PBJ and other things walk out with only paying court cost, no fines. I literally had to ask the bailiff what did this judgement mean. This was in 2017, and all I could say and still say to this day is that this was racially motivated.

I have never experienced such abuse of process as from his bench I thought I was on Court tv, the badgering from the bench was so biased and condescending and sexist he fell slightly short of asking if I was on my period, did not care that landlord violated County/state Law for years w/o license or lead certification exposing children to lead poisoning for years was appalled and caustic toward tenant for non payment of rent. Motion filed and cointersuit of defendant never read or ruled on

Judge Wyman is fair and reasonable. He listens to both sides and has a great disposition and deameanor. He always provides a fair trial in my opinion. I always am happy to see his name when I walk into the courtroom.

I have absolutely no idea which judge the other commentators have stood before. Judge Wyman has one of the best judicial temperaments on the bench and you will always receive a fair trial in front of him. Courteous, unbiased and intelligent. A great experience every time.
