Comments:
My client advised that he displayed palpable bias, bad temperament, always tardy and full of excuses. He said Nagle does not read, and displays an unfamiliarity with rules of evidence, an unwillingness to read, and no desire to apply relevant classic case law. My client opined that he conducted a very unfair trial. He was my absolute worse experience with a trial judge in a decade.

Very good judge. Good to both parties. Unbiased, knows the law, applies the law and crafts workable, appropriate solutions.

Comments:
I was nervous trying a case in front of him because he was new to the bench at the time.
He wound up being the best judge I've ever tried a case in front of.
Yes, I won the case so I would seem bias, but I was impressed with his good disposition and fairness. Nothing worse than trying a case in front of a nasty judge and he was very pleasant, even my opposing counsel had good things to say about him.

He paid great attention to the facts in a long trial and "got" it.
He understands Maryland law quite well and as a former civil litigator he understands what lawyers are going through when trying a difficult civil case.
Would gladly try a case in front of him again.
