I was recently in front of this judge, having been before him about 10+ times prior. I have been consistently been impressed by his demeanor, fairness, and knowledge of the law.

Tries too hard to be the smartest guy in the room. He isn't even handed and does a poor/selective job of marshalling facts. Huge disappointment.

As judges have said in past you only become a judge from knowing a politician. Not about competence. His dad is a felon.

This judge should be reevaluated. His overall character would hint that he has a hidden agenda as most people whom judge people improperly. He knows textbook law but his ability to balance the laws which govern all people is decimated by his poor judgement of people. He is very condescending. I don't know what's worse a cop, whom was a nobody growing up and now has a badge and a gun; using it to empower his ego or a power hungry judge that struggles with people who thinks and sees things differently. It's how he reacts to people that disagrees with him that is truly a problem. He has a problem with being wrong and most definitely with someone telling him he is wrong. If the stats were ever looked at closely, I am 110% sure that it would prove me to be correct. Some would argue that he practices a hidden form of discrimination. His tone is outrageous at times. I would suggest that he should be secretly investigated so that his true character can be exposed while dealing with different situations and people of different backgrounds, class, gender, age, and color. It would be seen that their is a pattern that is not ethical nor fair.

Hard to imagine a worse judge. He brings nothing but ego to the bench. Very condescending to both attorneys and parties. Showboats for his staff and the courtroom in general. Cannot accept and deeply resents any position that differs from his opinion. Attempting to make an argument or point is simply a waste of time other than to make a record for appeal.
