Arrogant, rude, poor on the law, makes it a singleminded mission to throw out at least one of the state's charges on the motion to acquit just because he can, especially when it's not warranted by the facts and the law. is terrible on 4th amendment and gives the ranch away to the crooks, maligns the honesty of police officers with justification or reasonable basis, is concerned only with moving the docket and leans on the state to try and get them to compromise cases for that purpose, claims to be a guidelines judge but is fickle and goes outside the guidelines frequently for no apparent reason. His reputation is that he came from a civil firm and knew nothing about criminal law and it shows. he certainly knows absolutely nothing about conspiracy law and does not give credence to case precedent if it conflicts with his agenda for the case.
