She is still a beauty queen. Very sweet and courtious to all parties. But at the end she will favor the ones she knows and her friends.

Most conscientious judge I've ever been before in terms of addressing defendants, including pro se defendants. Her fairness in this regard, and towards attorneys, goes a long way towards making people feel heard.

Unfailingly polite. Bright person. As to non-scheduling matters, sometimes does what is "right" rather than what the law requires. As to scheduling matters, more concerned with moving cases along than with doing what is right, sometimes at the expense of justice. However, she is much better at her position than her predecessor.
