What others have said about Hon. Marjorie L. Clagett

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD4692
I do not think that Judge Clagett should be ranked among Maryland's worst judges. Not even close. She punctual, she expects you to be. She is prepared, she expects you to be. She works hard, she expects you to. She is not all happiness and sunshine, but she is fair, smart and consistent.

Comment #: MD1379
Does not view all available evidence before determining verdict.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD1056
Unnecessarily rude and hostile to litigants.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD471
Poor temperament. Not evenhanded in civil cases.

Comment #: MD97
I disliked this judge at first, but I now see that she is an optimist when it comes to custody issues. Motion to do things before she grants the other side the same motion, and then follow her orders exactly, and you will be victorious.
