Before he even heard my case he already had a judgement made. He didn't take all the facts and renigged on conditions he placed on both parties and only held one party to those conditions and not the other. He is unfair to the military.

What a shame he has to retire! I had a civil case before him. He was respectful to all, helpful to the attorneys, courteous, knowledgeable and even-handed. He was deeply involved in pre-trial. He was available to answer questions. He was good with scheduling. Why can't we have more people like this on the bench?

For this judge, there should have been an exception to the retirement age. If you design a blueprint for being a judge, he would be the standard.

Intelligent, good knowledge of the law, and treats both litigants and attorneys with respect. It is unfortunate that our political process of appointing judges in MD infrequently has such a result.

This judge listens to the facts and the law. And rules based on that. Sad to say that this is a rarity in P.G. County. Excellent attitude to litigants and counsel. He needs to teach a course -- to the other judges.
