I feel that Judge Clark has been one of the best Judges in the PG County system. 11 Yrs ago I lost contact with my Daughter do to the system in Upper Marlboro MD. In my opinion, incompetent judges that I need to hear and understand fathers speaking out and the needs of their children. Many contempt's several hearings and many funds that never solved anything other than a loss of a relationship of a father and his child.
Judge Clark, the first and original individual to listen hear, speak and make a logical judgement. She kept a father and daughter together and realized just because the mother makes statements. That were not always true nor were they in the best interest of the child. Was able to see they were personnel in nature.
I would definitely rate this judge with the highest esteem as the of the fairest Judge's in the state.

Judge Clark had the opportunity to bring structure and clarity to the life of a very deserving 9 year old boy.She is the judge on a very volatile custody case and has consistently ignored the best interests of this child in favor of her obvious affinity for the rights of fathers, regardless of who the father is. I witnessed her placate a father who was responsible for his son missing over 50 days of school as well as exposing him to a dubious, dangerous and inappropriate lifestyle. She caught him in several lies in the court room and still handed down a ruling that failed to protect this child. He was once a creative gregarious, curious and gifted young man who after nearly a year caught in the cycle of bad judicial decisions and manipulative parenting, is now aloof, disinterested, angry and grown in the worst ways imaginable. This judge could help save this boy but her personal convictions and irritating indifference places him at risk for being another child that the system has failed.

Judge Toni E. Clarke should retire or be ousted!

She is the absolute worse judge when it comes to being fair and impartial to pro se' litigants.

In foreclosure cases, she is 100% in favor of the illegal trustees, illegal substitute trustees and all of the servicers and 3rd party debt collectors.

Even if a case is riddled with fraud and miss-conduct, this judge and the paralegals will look under rocks to find a way to rule against a litigant in a foreclosure case.

This judge does not allow hearings.

Has this judge ever ruled in favor of a litigant in a foreclosure case? I doubt it!

I am calling for people that rate this judge with a 5 and below to start filing grievousness-es immediately.

It is criminal what this system is doing to its taxpayers.

Criminals go to jail

Judge Toni Clarke denied a hearing for wrongful eviction and fraud that was done against me. She sent a letter stating that I needed more information. Well I had just given her a 23 page lawsuit stating what happen to me concerning my case along with rules and the codes for the state if Maryland. I really dont know what else she is asking for as it is not stated. I really think that Judge Clarke does not care one bit about the people, but it seems that she does care for the Banks and the Substitute Trustees. The things are happening with these forclosures are absolute fraud! And I think she knows it! We need an honest Judge who will give us a chance to hear what we have to say, with proof, about all of this fraud that is being done to Prince George's County homeowners!

I wish I could have given a 0 for punctuality. She was the lead judge of a 3 judge panel to review a criminal sentence. The sentencing judge gave my client over double the top of the guidelines.

Clarke issued a ruling that denied our request without a hearing....26 months after filing the Application for Sentence Review. 26 months!!!

The sentencing judge happened to be a fellow PG judge.

Judge Clarke is the epitome of garbage on the bench. rude, sarcastic, and little judicial knowledge. Clarke will sacrifice anyone to fulfill her quest to satisfy big banks. She should be removed immediately.

The Governor, The House and the Chief Judge needs to beg Judge Toni Clarke to vacate the Bench. She is not fit to be a Judge. Where is the oversight? Bad Judicial performance.

I've appeared before Judge Clarke on several occasions, and I had hoped that her judicial performance would improve. Unfortunately,it did not. Overall, I gave Judge Clark a "1" rating only because the ratings wouldn't allow me to give her a zero. Her level of understanding the law is "zero." Her judicial temperament is "zero." She doesn't research or read briefs, and she constantly fails to properly apply the law to the facts. Her orders are non-sense. Her docket management is poor and her ability to grasp facts is limited. Certainly, if this website removed the trumped up scores given to her where "She's my girl!" Judge Clarke's scores would be more in line with reality. She should step down immediately.

Totally ignored the law in the motion and responded with less than a paragraph and ruled in favor of bankers without even requiring them to respond. Something needs to be done about her disregard of the law. She has no business on the bench.

Honorable Toni E. Clarke, there is nothing honorable about this judge. Worst judge ever. Denied all motions, but gave the bank a pass on fraud. I'm still shaking my head in disbelief.

It is fundamental to our legal system that our laws be interpreted by a competent, fair, honorable, and independent judiciary. Such a judiciary is essential to the American concept of
justice. She lacks non of the attributes.

I'm incline to think that the majority of the Prince George's County judges and the clerks need to be thoroughly investigated. I was under the impression the Judges which are suppose to be objective parties in the cases they preside over. It appears that the judges basically always ruled in favor the CORPORATE attorneys and the rights of the general public citizens do not stand a fair chance. Much shenanigans are going on in the Circuit Court.

The Judicial system in Maryland should be ashamed of having this individual on the bench in P.G County. She is too naive and lazy to read and decide Motions judiciously before her. Two of the best qualities for a judge are knowledge of the law and good judicial temperament. She has neither.

I am actually surprised that this person is still employed! She presided over my case, child custody, and as a result of her ruling, my child ended up a delinquent throughout high school and not much more than a person who uses the "system". Needless to mention the inappropriate touching of my minor child that was overlooked by this so-called judge. this and many other incidents included school principle testimony that fell on deaf ears. I cannot fathom how THIIS or any judge would rule on a parent who resides in a mental men's shelter, lives off the "system", and collects SSI and works under the table. This ruling did nothing more than send a message, loud and clear, to my daughter that she DOES NOT have to work for a living because the State/county will support you. For whatever reason, facts were ignored and now my child is of adult age and a non-contributing person to society...just like her father. THANK YOU JUDGE CLARK..Karmic debt is not a desirable thing, however, you, I am sure as evident by other's posts, have built up a major karmic debt.

Tried a commercial case before her. Had a COS case on point that she ignored and then refused to admit copies of cancelled checks as "they could have been reversed" and ruled against me, then took us into chambers and talked my client into settling what was a clear case client should have won with clear precedent on their side. Opposing party was a builder.

There should be a concerted move to stop this woman getting into the CSA. I see her name on the pool of candidates for that court, and that is alarming.

You know, some of those eloquently-written and well-reasoned decisions you read in law school were written by trial judges. Keep that in mind when next you think of Toni Clarke, and wonder how the standards could have fallen so low. She clearly was a mediocre student and attorney who somehow got on the bench because of the corrupt nature in which judges are appointed. To compound that by appointing her to an appellate court would be disastrous for a profession we love so much.

In fact, well-meaning attorneys should write her and urge her to reconsider her application.

I have been in this business a long time. I often wonder: how can one judge be so bad for so long? More than a decade on the bench, and she has not improved one bit. I remember when she first joined the bench. It's obvious she could not have made it as a private practitioner. Two of the best qualities for a judge are knowledge of the law and good judicial temperament. She has neither. She is impertinent, rude, impatient and clueless. I wish we had a way to vote to remove judges.
