He is mean, nasty, condescending and cold. I went before him in a domestic violence case. I was already fearful and emotionally wounded, and he caused me to feel even more threatened. He is one of the nastiest people I have ever encountered in my fifty-plus years of life.

My first experience with this judge left me very puzzled. As a judge his appearance was very unprofessional. His demeanor was very nasty, short and abrupt. He was very rude and he didn't bother to hear the case in my opinion. It was as if his mind was already made up.

Judge Jackson is by far the most unprofessional person, let alone judge, that I have ever had any kind of interaction with. He was rude, condescending, and his overall behavior was extremely uncharacteristic of any person in a professional capacity. I was appalled by his behavior.

I agree with all comments before me! I saw this judge in action and was appauled! I can not believe he is allowed to treat people with such lack of respect. He shows no professionalism at all!!!He rolls his eyes while others speak, he holds his head like he is bored and gives no regard for the proper judicial process. The citizens of Prince George's County should be outraged as well as embarrased to have this representing our judicial system. WHAT A DISGRACE TO THE ROBE!!!!! If you see his name, have an emergency and get a continuance with someone else or be ready to appeal!!!!

Attorney for 20 years- worst judge I've ever appeared before and I've appeared before numerous judges. Lazy, mean-spirted, contemptuous of the process, a disgrace. Family of my client sitting in courtroom saw this and was terrified. Immigrants who were not very sophisticated but saw these traits as clear as day. They were terrified. It was heartbreaking because they believed that the American System of Justice was not the corrupt legal system of their country. After watching this disgrace of a man in the light of the courtroom, I knew they would never feel the same about our system of law again.

Judge Jackson is incompetent. He refuses to follow civil procedure even if it means he will be overruled by an appellate court. Yur best bet before him is to plan for an appeal. This Judge refuses to follow the law. He clearly has relationships that affect his rulings. I also have seen how his relationship with Attorney Issac Marks must be of a deep personal nature because he rules on his behalf regardless of what the law states.

This Judge seems to have an unscrupulous relationship with Attorney Issac Marks. It appears that Judge Jackson Continues to provide Marks with favorable rulings and allows him to work outside of the standards held by the courts. If Issac Marks is your opposing counsel, be assured that the ruling will not be in your favor. Further investigation needs to be done into their improprieties.

I received the Court Order where as he agreed with the Master when no financial documenation was presented to the courts by the defendant ever. And when my Attorney tried to present it to Judge Jackson he wouldn't even look at so I'm not surprised that he agreed with the Master because he apparently didn't make himselp knowledgable about the case that was before him. If I was my sons Dad Lawyer I would have loved to have the case heard before Judge Jackson also. I'm sure he knew what type of decision mader Jackson is. J O K E!!!!!

Truly doesn't care about his position nor the impact of wrong decisions. His mind is made up before hearings and simply disconnects from his own courtroom. If this is your judge, pray because the law does not govern his decisions.

After several years practicing in PG, I encountered this guy with robe. His courtroom clerk was bopping to rap music and his bailiffs sat back in their chairs like fat cats talking and laughing. Guy in black robe demeaned himself like a drug kingpin. What a joke. Yes he is Dwight Jackson.

The laziest judge in the state. Always comes to court late, then demands the atty's be immediately ready to go. Totally unprepared. Handled an appeal from District Court, but had not read Appellant's brief, Appellee's brief, or the District Court trial transcript. Couldn't ask any questions in the hearing because he didn't even know what the issues were, and then was playing on his computer during argument.

Lazy. Doesn't seem interested in doing his job. Couldn't care less about victims. His sentences leave people on both sides shaking their heads. Gave no jail time to a defendant who stole tons of money from her employer, then seemed shocked when the defendant stole again from her next employer. Never shows up on time!
