Judge Peters is generally stoic and not very personable. Unlike some judges, he will let you put on a case even if he has already made up his mind, which he does often enough before all the evidence is in. He has some difficulty hiding his opinion about litigants or attorneys and routinely rolls his eyes when he disapproves. That said, he usually follows the law and clearly cares about what it says. He is prepared and always seems to be well versed on the procedural history, facts and law.
He doesn't usually make small talk or go out of his way to make anyone more comfortable in his courtroom.
Tip: if he rolls his eyes at you, move on.
