I am unclear on the point if a Judgr has no children can he actually understand the plight and distress of a parent being kept from their child. However, with that said a father who was deemed to be of sound character and upheld all aspects of ordinal custody order asked for more time with his child and the mother of the child violated almost every aspect of the original order and even admitted on the stand to lying to welfare ( fraud) and on her financial statement was also deemed to be of sound character and the father actually lost time with his child. This was 4 years after the courts had told father when child was if school age week on and week off would be appropriate and the father asks for that and not only did he not receive it from wells but time he already had was Reduced. Judge gave a manipulating admitted fraud more time and control over the child to continue to deny access to the father and try to further push the father out of the child's day to day life. He repeatedly asked father on the stand I understand she did not abide by court order to keep you informed but couldn't you have just gone and done it yourself!! Wow way to uphold court orders and equal rights for all Judge

Much like the comments below, I am an out of county attorney and was not sure what to expect. He is fantastic, very even handed, knows his stuff and seems to really care. There is a tendency in family law to be boggled down by the drama and he was the opposite of that, he genuinely worked with the parties to resolve the matter. I say this without having prevailed on every aspect of my matter and in disagreement with parts of his decision.

This Judge altered transcripts, pretended to believe their was a federal law requiring one to update their address yearly, showed obvious bias to plaintiffs' attorney, did not recuse himself in cases pled by friends and associates of the Court, showed obvious disdain toward pro se litigant, allowed his Orders to be altered, ratified exceptions without allowing answers, interfered with Appeals at COSA level, struck motions without notification, the list of abuses of the legal system but this Judge is overwhelming.

He has an approachable, down to earth manner that leaves even the losing side feeling as though he was thoughtful and fair. An asset to the bench. One of the finest judicial temperaments -- kind, flexible, even-handed -- combined with real intelligence. It is a delight to try cases in front of him.
