Judge Tucker is sexist, doesn't care about litigants lives at all. He rules unfairly and without considering all aspects of each case. I'm not sure how he even was considered for this role in the first place.

Judge Tucker is a tin-eared, petty judge. Not sure how he became a judge as he has clear intellectual and emotional deficiencies. The Masai people of East Africa have a saying, "Beware of the man who has the compassion of a lion and the wisdom of a weasel." I believe they may have been referring to Judge Tucker.

Absolutely terrible and does not base any of his findings on facts. Contradicts his own judgements and believes a lying plaintiff even though she admitted in court to lying to police officers. Does not use evidence or facts in his rulings, just makes own assumptions based on whatever mood he happens to be in that day. Deplorable and despicable when dealing with custody issues.

I hope O'Malley would see these reviews. I hope the supreme court sees these reviews. This isn't about getting our way, this is about what a Judge has said and ruled and being appalled. If police are shocked at what this judge is saying then it must be bad. After all this judge used to be a police officer. He chooses to have an abuser be with his children and punish the females. Many concerns heard about him being sexist. A judge cant be anything but fair and honest having that type of career but this judge should be investigated. Something needs to be done before the year 2027. God help those in Howard county, Maryland that go before this man.

This judge told me that 2 wrongs make a right and told me that because i checked thw wrong box on the expungment form the state doesnt have to comply with the 30 day reply time requirement set in plave by themselves. You cannot deny my expungement according to the law but you did anyway, then u told me your reason was i filed the paper work incorrectly. It does not matter if i checked the wrong box, the states attorney had 30 days to reply and they took 31-33 depending on if u count the actual days filed. Tucker walked all over my rights because i was without a lawyer. Ill be back.

This judge is absolutely awful. He needs to be removed. This judge took a dying woman away from a loving husband because of an erroneous blemish in the husbands recvord. He refused to listen to the evidence presented and as a direct result a woman was placed into a facility where she was not properly cared for. This woman when she was able to asked daily to go home and could not due to this judge. She was robbed of her right to die in her home and her husband was robbed of the opportunity to care for his dying wife. This judge should be ashamed of himself and the state should remove him, he has no compassion and had no problem denying due process to a concerned husband !

Tucker needs to get out and change career. He is the worse judge I ever seen. The worse is for the one who represent themselves and are woman. He has no respect whatsoever with woman gender. He judge before the final judgment. Even you bring facts he doesn't care and made his decision before the trial start.

Judge Tucker seems to not care about facts or evidence in civil matters, that he bases his rulings on his own opinion of people, or situation, that what the law states plays no role in his rulings.I believe he is dangerous to those who come before him. That fairness and the rule of law plays no role in his courtroom...Children are being sent to live with parents that are not in there best interest, non-custodial parents are at his mercy, not the rule of law even when there is clear evidence that the other party to the case lies and falsified records...He should be removed from the bench, as he has broken the laws many times over.

Lazy Judge and arrogant. If you have civil or criminal case with Judge Tucker his ruling doesn't following the MD Law. He making ruling on what he feels or the mood he in that is very dangerous especially when It some life or family.

Forms opinions based upon his personal bias or initial impression toward people instead of hearing all of the evidence and making an informed decision. Suspicious of ex parte communications that are unethical in his making these illogical decisions that do not appear to be supported by the law or record. Doesn't appear to have a conscience and doesn't care about the law. Will issue ruling and take money from custodial parent to support children in cases to support his attorney friends, even if they are representing a very bad person and even if it is not supported by the law. Very sad commentary on our justice system.
