Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comments:
She either does not understand written law or does not care. She plays favorites so do not look for her to follow the law. She goes through the motion and will rule in contrary of the law.

Comments:
Does not follow the statues/laws of Maryland - rules on her feelings or how she thinks or feels. Not good.

Comments:
Judge Martz-Fisher did not follow the law in my friends forclosure case. She treated my friend with such disrespect even going as far as saying good morning really sweet to substitute trustees for the servicer and not even responding to my friend when he said good morning. Being a former trustee and a current family of trustees she should not be ruling on forclosure cases she is pro bank and completely out of line in her ruling. She even kept my friend and his 80 year old parents waiting for 2.5 hours before she took the bench.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD8644
Rating:3.4
Comments:
Judge Martz Fisher is extremely slow in ruling on basic, procedural motions. She does not seem to understand or follow the law, displaying an ammoral disposition toward doing what she feels versus applying the law to the facts. Her rulings are likewise delayed by months. She is not industrious. Justice delayed is justice denied.

She plays favorites, horribly.
If you are part of her little clique then you are fine.
If not, you will lose.

Litigant

Comment #: MD7776
Rating:7.0
Comments:
Calm , slow and easy going. May exhibit bias unintentionally in proceeding. Written Ruling and Oral ruling may not be the same and written Orders may be slow.
