Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: MD9016
Rating:9.8
Comments:
Definitely one of the better judges at understanding civil litigation claims and issues. Can handle complex laws and reviews the complete record and pkeadings to have a full grasp of the case before him. Even when disagree with his ruling, at least it is rationally and legally based as opposed to opinion based for an outcome like some judges.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rating:9.8
Comments:
New judge but very intelligent and knowledgeable in civil litigation. Well prepared and will rule on dispositive motions where there is no dispute of facts. Former AAG is clearly better for civil than former ASA
