Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: MD9494
Rating:10.0
Comments:
I’ve been in front of Judge Pastore a few times and I’ve always found her ability to handle her courtroom with a respectful demeanor under sometimes difficult situations. I’ve watched her give litigants the ability to speak freely and, sometimes to their detriment, but she did not hold their comments against them. I also noticed she was even handed with people who showed a willingness to improve their lives. She seems to understand that people can make bad decisions, recognize that, and try to make things better. That is what a good judge should be.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD9385
Rating:3.5
Comments:
[Redacted by Ed.] favors speed over properly executing the law. Violated several of the defendant's rights directly, including cutting off a defendant's testimony after less than 60 seconds and issuing a judgment because she wanted to get lunch.
