He has no regard for people that has been incarcerated nor does he care to hear them speak. He's Terrible and should retire from the bench.

It should be required judicial training for all new judges to sit in Judge Turnbull's courtroom and watch him handle a criminal docket.

I wish some judges would be in permanent retirement. He seems to be very politically inclined, and his rulings seem to be for big lawyer names and corporations. He never reads the facts and should not be on the bench. We can do better in our legal system with less of him and more of better Judges who actually bother to read briefs.
