This judge is highly intelligent. Understandably, she lacks patience. The lack of patience is probably due to being intelligent while also really trying to rule correctly - she cares about getting it right. I gave her an 8 on temperament because I have only seen her lose her patience when confronted with bs arguments from civil defense attorneys, or sheer laziness or unpreparedness from attorneys. While some might think she lacks temperament, since it is only showed for just cause, I think the termperament is fine. Simply be honest and don't waste her time and you'll be fine.

Judge Ensor presided over a contested guardianship appointment for my nephew. I was potential witness, so I was not able to hear most of the case. However, my teenage children were allowed to hear the entire case,as they were interested in who would be appointed guardian for my nephew. They were impressed with her wisdom, humor, and genuine concern for my nephew and his future. Judge Ensor ruled wisely and fairly. My 13-year-old daughter's comment at the end of the proceedings, "Judge Ensor rocks!"
