Ex Judge Amy Bragunier retired Feb 2020 and Nov 17, 2020 my sister Julie R Dessert of Canton, MD and Alfred J Dessert Jr aka Phillip Emmert; Paul and Peter Dessert of Canton, MD paid $1.5 Mil to come into court and place a blind male Iam helping to lock-up for 5 months and add 5 yrs probation, so he would miss his cataracts operation. She is a Freemason-So now I'm filing charges against Bragunier and Charles County, MD for Double Jeopardy, wrongful arrest; Malice Intent; Bribery; Inhumane Torture; Baltimore County Police Chief same thing, they allowed Peter and Paul Dessert to arrest this blind person in a Sedan 2020 Mercedes, Fraud Warrant-Freemasons are extremely deceitful, pedophiles and Incest which Peter and Marissa Dessert and Paul and Dawn of Canton, MD; originally Bellingham, WA State-Welfare junkies (Caucasian) never employed, Serial killers. My 2 sister's are pedophiles of my son at age 7 and Connie Black of her step son John Duffy Black III, Oregon. Be assured that Pedophiles have no compassion and get off on murdering people. Maryland has the most Dangerous law enforcement in the World and their Gov't.

Amy Bragunier is a very bad judge. IF I could, I would rate her as 0. She intentionally protected law violators. She discriminates minorities.

this judge is totally biassed against women, she allows the men to abuse women,the men always win,they say lies about women, say women are crazy, use drugs,she belittles the women,tells them they are overprotectvive of their children, she makes them cry,and always gives the man the child,eventhough the woman are right, she gives them to men who are drug addics,abusive,harrassing the women this judge should not be in the court

never been in a court where the judge allowed the defendant to commit perjury, submit false documents, admit to domestic violence and tax fraud and then say defendant was credible. Abuse of authority if I ever saw it. This is a betrayal of public trust.

Not being one of the Charles County "good ol' boy" network, I was a bit apprehensive of getting home cooking in her court. I was pleasntly surprised. Not a legal scholar but overall reaonable.

If you are a male and come before this judge do not appear to be intellectual for she will show you who rules the roost. She is not compassionate when loved ones becomes wards of the state

Obvious part of the "Good Ole Boy" network that has and continues to plague the justice system of Charles County MD. She should be ashamed of effecting people's lives simply based on this "network".

For a judge, she has a good temperament. However, she does not have the intellect of a law clerk. Absolutely terrible on the law and evidence.
