How is this man even a judge? From the moment the trial began he showed zero interest in even being in the court room. He never once acknowledged my family. When asking to postpone because we could not find a lawyer, he laughed. He then proceeded to berate all parties involved, including the attorneys. He acted as if the entire case was beneath him. He is rude, bias and ultimately a disgrace to our courts.

This is a Judge who has truly grown into his robe. He was a skilled although standoffish prosecutor, he has made the transition to Jurist exceptionally.

Watch out for Judge Emanuel Brown if you are trying to get your case transferred to juvenile court. Judge Brown already has your guilt pre-determined when he makes unprofession al comments such as " You're mine now boy" and "I own you" and refuses to relinquish the case to another judge when there is scheduling conflicts

Complex case with very odd history. No judge could have done better or have been more even handed.

He is controlled by his biases and not the facts/law of the case. Berates lawyers and witnesses that do not conform to his pre-conceived bias about the case. Does not apply law/reason/logic to his rulings.

He does not know how to run a court room. I use to love jury duty. After two days in his courtroom I now hate jury duty.

Judge Brown is evenhanded in his horrible treatment of litigants and attorneys on both sides, as well as courtroom observers. I agree with other comments posted. He is completely non-judicial in temperament. I am not sure what his problem is but his being on the bench is a travesty.

He is no Einstein and does not belong in the circuit court.
