Comments:
This judge has an elevated sense of self. She truly invokes the notion that she is bigger than GOD when she puts on that black robe. Further, since becoming the Administrative Judge she has made even a bigger mess than she made being the Judge in Charge of Family.

Comments:
Judge Carrion is tough, but fair. I haven't always agreed with her rulings, but I've always felt fairly treated and I've never questioned her commitment to making the right decision.

Comments:
Judge Audrey Carrion was appointed as Administrative Judge to replace Michel Pierson when he retires on January 2020. This should be a public outrage in Baltimore City. This is a very racist unethical Judge. Judge Audrey Carrion has been guilty of covering up a sexual harrassment compliant and intimidating the victim. Very nasty and hateful and does not have a good reputation in hearing cases. Judge Carrion and Michel Pierson need to be investigated about there inappropriate conduct in the court and the interpreters program. Her Secretary under Judge Audrey Carrion directive harrassed the victim. This Judge needs to be investigated and should never become the Administrative Judge in January. She was horrible as Judge in Charge of Family. She publicly wrote a glowing comment and praised the sexual harrasser who was moved to the Baltimore County Circuit Court. This article was written in the Baltimore City Circuit Court newspaper where all the Judges, Attorney's and Courthouse Staff could read her comments.

Comments:
Very bias, nasty and racist. Dishonest and no integrity. She is Judge in Charge of interpreters. She has abused her power and made money off of the interpreters program. She needs to be investigated and removed as Judge in Charge of interpreters. She is one of the most unscrupulous Judge on the bench. Lied on a interpreter coordinator and protected and praised a sexual harrasser Stephanie Medina. Judge Carrion should be investigated by the FBI and a audit of the interpreters program. Independent of the State or Judiciary.

Worst judge ever! Simply was unable to understand the legal tenets of the case and her demeanor was unprofessional.

Mood swings- never know if you are getting the angry or the tired version. Believes that all attorneys are idiots and only she has access to the law. Does not yet have a working handle on evidentiary rules.

Smart, evenhanded judge who reviewed the file before trial and was fully prepared to hear and decide the case.

Rating:10.0
Comments:
This judge is intelligent, prepared, and fair. Whatever biases she has are left in her car. When she steps on the bench, she is the embodiment of blind law. If you are right on the law, you win in front of her. If you are wrong, you lose. That simple. She sees through every spurious argument, she favors nobody (except the law), and she exudes professionalism.

Comments:
She is stubborn to the point of disregarding legal precedent to advance her agenda. She is unable to see the forest through the trees. She has poor instincts, and is unable to grasp basic concepts concerning trial procedure.

Comments:
Very intelligent and prepared. Her questions were on-point. Very well versed in the law. She is not a bully like one or two of her colleagues on this particular bench. Great judge, not just because she is a pleasure to practice before, but because she takes the time to know the law on issues before her. She actually gives a damn, and is smart enough to get it right.
