Litigant

Comment #: MA380
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
He wouldn't view my evidence; contradicted himself numerous times, refused to allow me my rights provided under the guidelines of this law. He made things up as he went along, if I did not see firsthand the things this man did, I would never believe someone could be that arrogant. It's a shame that his knowledge of the legal system is not nearly as great or as large as his ego. If it were, litigants would get a fair hearing. This man had to have known someone to get appointed as a judge, because he certainly did not get it because of his knowledge of the legal system or his ability to rule fairly or impartially on cases.

Judge Yee ruled against me (not sour grapes) based on the fact that he did not like my "demeanor". His behavior was totally unethical. Unfortunately I did not have a lawyer with me, had I had one he NEVER would have been able to rule like he did. His behavior was a disgrace and he overstepped his authority when he made his ridiculous ruling. He based it on something that was a. part of a divorce agreement, which had it even been true would have been contempt and something to be heard in family court. But it was not true and he did not even read it correctly. He refused to listen to anything I had to say. He violated my rights and refused to hear and read COURT documents that I was legally allowed to use. b. he literally made up a reason, when confronted about it when I tried to vacate the order, he would not even listen to anything I had to say. This man is a male chauvinistic pig, with a God Complex. He made it clear that a woman should be seen and not heard. Like I stated earlier, this is not sour grapes, what I am stating is facts and his very poor arrogant decision has affected my life continuously. This man is a joke and clearly should not be a judge, a judge should base his decision on facts a judge should rule on his personal opinion of someone, especially when he has no clue who that person is or what the other person may have put them through for years. To judge someone in 20 minutes and then rule on something he knows NOTHING about or was willing to hear the facts, is disgraceful. This man is HORRIBLE and should not be a judge.
