Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MA748
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Worst judge I have encountered in my 20 years of litigation. She makes up her own law, is unprepared, and has no ability to understand facts or law. Tried to add a party to the case after judgment and make them personally liable for judgment. She said "why can't I?" - Answer - the Constitution. Glad she is gone as she inhibited justice.

I've read the many comments and ratings submitted by others on this site concerning Fahey. They are all very accurate. I say this as a broad based attorney and long-time, now retired judge myself. I have tried hundreds of cases and dealt with hundreds of judges in at least 5 states. Fahey, who looks and behaves like the Wicked Witch of the West but apperas to believe that she is a beauty queen to jurors and a crusader for women, is hands down an electric eel out of water and an extremely sad reflection of the judiciary and the legal profession who needs to go--fast.

Terrible.

Litigant

Comment #: MA649
Rating:1.0
Comments:
This condescending judge has a decidedly anti-male bias preventing full and fair presentation of evidence, and a penchant for encouraging female litigants to seek sanctions against male opponents. Her temperament is instantly accusatory, disinterested in and incapable of deferential treatment, and very mean-spirited. Worst judge I've ever seen, hands down.

Comments:
Worst judge I’ve been in front of.. completely in the tank for the prosecution. Impatient and rude. Cuts off examination without objection. Doesn’t know the law or applies it unevenly. Should not be a judge

Comments:
clearly hates men in general, doesn't do her homework and is a poor listener. Rude, rude, rude. It's time for to retire before she does further damage to mankind in the name of 'justice'. She is a sad human being with a nasty demeanor and does a huge disservice to the legal system.

Comments:
former career prosecutor, just a miserable human being pretty much disliked by court officers and clerks as well as the defense bar

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MA521
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Intemperate and rude nearly always. I've personally heard her ask counsel "how many cases they've tried" on at least 10 occasions in a sarcastic tone despite her own almost non-existent trial experience practicing Municipal Law prior to appointment. Never reads the submissions before hearings and is habitually unprepared. One of the very worst.
