Don't tell a plaintiff in a hearing to come back in two weeks for a judgement
and then send the case to another court.
Defendants don't show yet this plaintiff with PD and almost 80 is told without any court communication that despite months of effort that case is not heard.

He leans towards to his ex-law-firm associates and their friends who are representing the litigant. He has no basic understanding the basic concepts of the law and he has no integrity. He makes fun with the litigant who has accent who does not speak English well. Abuses the court's discretions. Has biases and immoral actions. BAD JUDGE!!!

Justice Paratore is a man of TRUTH! He allows the facts to speak for themselves & if you don't spew bull he will & always will stand by the truth. This true man is what every constitutional Justice should accuire to be ... please learn from experience boys & girls
because he will take you to school & make you like it. I promised him I'd never see him again.....but maybe some day I'll buy him a drink.

Unprofessional court room demeanor, yelling at attorney and client. Denying basic rights of litigant such as fundamental pro se representation right guaranteed by the Mass Constitution. Repeatedly, lied in court about his own statements. Held secret lobby conference continuing motion argument with no record kept and defendant not given opportunity to be present, and denigrated defendant repeatedly.

Lacks basic understand of the civil law in the area of Summary Process. Repeatedly making the false claim on the record that the Uniform Rules of Summary Process do not apply to a summary process case if it is commercial in nature.

Repeatedly, muzzled defendant not giving him the opportunity to speak despite the fact that he had a validly filed Notice of Appearance for himself in the case.

Tried to prevent evidence from being presented by defendant with a bogus pretrial ruling.

Failed to recuse himself after being served with a Motion to Recuse. Trial stayed by the SJC.

He mumbles in court, he is disrespectful, he yells, he is ignorant, he is unprofessional, he should be removed from the bench.

I have never witnessed such an unprofessional and incompetent judge in my life.

6---being dismal. Also, he is unethical For six years, following his appointment, he has allowed his name to be associated with his former law firm, in violation of the rules of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
