This judge varies enormously from day to day. He has poor memory and although he takes some time to hear cases, unlike many who give people the bum rush, he seems to have little ability to remove personal bias and stick to the law and facts. I have see him more than 20 times and sometimes he is fair and impartial but most of the time his mood seems to control his rulings. Even lawyer who know him well say he cannot be trusted to rule correctly. As usual everyone is afraid to speak up about problem judges but he is long past a need for retirement.
