Judge Carroll released a mentally deranged individual, who has a very lengthy criminal record on $500.00 cash bail. This is truly inexcusable. It is imperative that she immediately step away from the bench, since it is apparent that she can no longer adequately perform this job. A wife and children are going to bed this evening without their husband and dad because of sheer incompetence. Do the right thing and STEP DOWN.

If I could give less than 1, I would. What kind of judge releases a criminal that sells cocaine to children and beats up cops on $500 bail just so he can go on to murder a cop in cold blood? This woman ought to be ashamed of herself and should step down immediately before the Governor's Council fires her for gross incompetence.
