Litigant

Rating:3.0
Comments:
In a civil hearing, Macy bent the rules of procedure backwards to assist a lying plaintiff. When I argued that as a Rhode Islander I had no ties to MA and was not accused of any unlawful activity within MA and had been wrongly sued there, Macy said, "The fact that you're here to argue for dismissal for want of jurisdiction gives the court jurisdiction over you." When the lying plaintiff lied that a stenographer had altered a transcript, Macy denied me the opportunity to bring in the stenographer, saying he found the favored plaintiff "very credible." When the plaintiff testified that I'd never assaulted, threatened or abused her in any way, Macy handed her a no-contact order on the theory that because she'd filed a frivolous, harassing claim, I may now be mad at her. Four days later, that crazy plaintiff put me in jail by writing anonymous, crank letters to herself and lying that I'd done it. (I've since been cleared by forensic analysis but my life was ruined.) Macy is an idiot.
