This judge needs to be replaced immediately. He is so obsessed with facts but then creates decisions based on his own “suspicions”. There is no rhyme or reason as to what he does. At this point he is completely unaware of what he’s doing. Someone needs to send reporters to Dedham district court to do a story on his ability to judge fairly and without bias.

Not very organized, confusing issues, and not interested to know details and forms opinions and decisions without knowing the details.

He has to go. Perhaps he should move to the North Pole and if that's too cold then the South Pole.. if that is not an option then he should just go to hell.

This judge needs to retire uses no logic when making his decisions on things inappropriately uses the state tax funds for his own discretion example transporting People that are able to drive themselves to another court to take care of issues he has them transported a waste of government funds he has no professional demeanor and his quart room he acts like everything is a joke this is why the judge ships in Massachusetts below left a position not appointed one

Litigant

Comments:
This judge will listen to everything you have to say in Civil Motor Vehicle Infraction hearings, and will then find you responsible. He usually reduces the fine, but a finding of not responsible is almost impossible to get from this judge, even with extensive legal research and arguments.

I argued before him in Dedham District Court.
