This judge was the worst of the worst and gave me 5 year sentence on a case that I proved and submitted evidence of ineffective counsel.

Is this your world Judge Baylor? You hand out 5 year sentences on a case where the defense attorney claimed that he was going to submit evidence that the so-0called victim had previously lied and admitted to it and then the defense attorney Bruce Ferg forgets to submit the evidence? Are you that unskilled as a judge not to notice or is it that you have no problem sending people to jail without due process? I'm betting on the latter.

Horrible, heartless, careless, and unlawful judge that is either too dumb to know the Constitutional rights of due process or doesn't care about our Constitutional Rights.

Are you going to give me my 5 years back from my wrongful conviction?
