This man was horrible. He "listened" to the facts. He was given plenty of documents, all which were legal documents from previous hearings with other judges, documents that proved beyond a doubt that the other party was a liar. While the other party gave no documents, no evidence whatsoever, no affidavits, NOTHING, he did nothing but speak (and when he did told ridiculous lies, it was very clear he was lying and was caught and called on it three times, the other party totally perjured himself, yet this judge said NOTHING????) In the end after more than proving what a liar the other party was, the judge ruled in his favor. Please do not think I am just a sore loser, this is not that at all, this is a judge who clearly abused his powers. (Did I mention the other party was a police officer, BUT it was a personal matter and had nothing to do with his job. But clearly that a key factor in his ruling because for him to rule in his favor because all the cards were stacked against him, with so many documents, affidavits and other evidence from me and not a thing but his conflicting testimony, how does this happen? It literally was decided before anyone even spoke and that is a disgrace!!

This judge is afraid of his own shadow. Had clear evidence in front of him for an eviction in spite of this particular neighbor causing harm to the people living next door to her-which was backed up by medical documentation. The defendent played the race, religion card and won against a child with a disability. A child whose mental/physical/emotional health was being jeopardized by this unruly neighbor. Nice going Gailey. You traumatised the kid....

Perhaps one of the harshest judges sitting in Massachusetts District Courts. Very thin skinned and punitive.
