Comments:
Judge LoConto is a great judge if you have a practice in Worcester. If not, you either have to refer the case to a Worcester attorney or obtain co-counsel based in Worcester. The stories of non-Worcester attorneys getting "Worcester-ed" or "LoConto'ed" are many. Frankly, it just not worth it. You will not get one ruling in your favor and by the grace of god you do, from one of the associate judges, LoConto will just hear the matter again and rule against you if the "Worcester" attorney requests it. For non-Worcester attorneys, be mindful of continuances which would put you in front of LoConto. It happens more than you imagine.
