At court for a harassment order. Presented at least 12 instances of harassment, presented all elements necessary , pages of evidence and he never looked at any of the evidence. Listened to a man stand up and commit perjury. Would not allow cross exam of the defendant, would not allow any proof of perjury. Denied order without ever picking up the affidavit, without review of any evidence, without review of case law. Very unprofessional. Immediately following the hearing defendant threatened my client in front of the court officers. Harassment followed into the street and then on the Internet. This judge's refusal to follow the law, listen to the evidence and poor court room demeanor has placed my client on the verge of a breakdown as a result of the continuing harassment. I have no respect for this judge.
