Comments:
Judge Moses distorted the law and facts to run me out of court. As a falsely imprisoned man, in 2007 I sued the state for an order for testing of DNA evidence that'd exonerate me, relying on 42 USC 1983, as other MA inmates had done successfully by '07. Moses altered the rules of procedure and lied about the record facts to dismiss my claim. He contradicted 1st Circuit precedents like Wade v. Brady to say I had no right to DNA testing.
In 2011, the US Supreme Court handed down Skinner v. Switzer, holding that inmates have a right to a DNA test enforceable under 42 USC 1983. Still, Moses continued to kick me out of court and insist that there is no right to a DNA test and that section 1983 is inapplicable. He is now under investigation by the Com'n on Judicial Conduct for fraud and for having been influenced ex parte by my opponent. He is a thug and a liar.
