Comments:
Timothy Feeley is a type of juridical sociopath. He has such disdain for the law-abiding citizenry and such sympathy for those who run amok among those citizens, that he will bend the law in whatever way he has to to let criminals run free among us. Did Tim have a bad childhood? Is he still rebelling against the Vietnam War? Does he believe in the Marxist notion that there is no such thing as private property, so it should be there for everyone's taking? I don't know. But I do know he should not be on the Bench.

This Judge has shown time and time again he cannot interpret the Law or the Constitution.
Time and Time again he has been softhearted on Criminals now an officer is dead. When will Judicial review rate this Judge in the Superior Court and Impeach him for dereliction of Duty?

Comments:
Horrible track record in regards to letting dangerous criminals out on the streets. He is strong advocate for repeat offenders and believes that sex offenders can be rehabilitated.

Hope he never has a restful night sleep again after the man he helped get out of jail kills a County Sheriff in Maine 2 weeks after being let out. Way to go... judge.

In addition, the proof is in comparing transcripts of what was said in comparison to response by Judge Feeley, which may need further review. Courtroom demeanor was patient.

Found information he provided back to me inconsistent with what I had stated

Litigant

Comment #: MA131
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Extreme prejudice against pro se litigants, especially when public officials are being sued. He has no respect for rules or laws and will make extremely vague arguments in order to make clear-cut, black-and-white rules or laws "difficult" to apply. He has no obvious intention to enforce law, only what he deems law according to his over bloated ego. absolutely not trust worthy and is unable to understand concepts as simple as 8 days being longer than a 5 day period when determining whether or not a default occurred...particularly when it is attorneys or police officers who have defaulted. He works to protect violence and terrorism within the justice system.
