The plaintiff admitted he was not looking for money but wanted to tell his story. He had no documents, no evidence and even had the wrong numbers. We provided documents and clear evidence the work the plaintiff asked for was performed exactly as he requested. She did not allow closing argument and then ruled in favor of Defendant for money, when she really meant Plaintiff. She was horrible and is a disgrace. We are appealing as her decision made no sense to anybody in the courtroom.

She is still prejudice and needs to get unseated, we are almost an hour past the court date everyone is waiting for her to show up, now everyone is late to pick their kids up from school.

This Judge’s decision making process is illogical, race and gender bias and nonsensical. She ignores solid evidence and seemingly makes decisions based on some sort of scoring or predetermined judgement prior to hearing arguments. She clearly sides with female witnesses regardless of the evidence to the contrary. If you are a young white male facing accusations from a female witness you should go straight to a jury trial. The quality or amount of evidence you have to defend yourself is irrelevant. She will leave court early and force arguments to end prior to completion. We experienced 2 postponements and multiple errors in the docketing of the case. This required all of the strong arguments of evidence overwhelmingly in favor of acquittal to be lost or forgotten by the judge due to her postponements. She multitasks and talks to staff while arguments are made and shows favoritism towards the prosecution and victim advocates who flaunt their presence openly in front of defendants. Just watching her work gives credence to the argument that our legal system is broken in the state of Maryland. Avoid this judge at all costs and seek a jury trial where you can be assured of a fair process vs. costly attorney fees that are wasted arguing before this judge. Hopefully the silver lining of having gone before this judge is that I have provided you with warning in hopes you don’t suffer the same outcome.

I wish i would've found this website first.
I had a trial presided over by Judge Mosley.
It stemmed from an argument(a verbal shouting match) with my bipolar, immature, unreasonable and heavily medicated ex gf.
She lied in court and said that i assaulted her. With no other witnesses, solely on the inconsistent and contradictory testimony of a questionably mentally stable woman with an axe to grind. She told her side of the story and and added a few lies, I told my side of the story and recollection of the argument. Essentially, it was her word against mine but when it was all over, said and done, Judge Mosley looks at me and says 'based on the facts of this case' I find you guilty.
What facts?!!
There are two conflicting accounts.
So the woman's version is automatically assumed to be factual?!
I definitely felt , based on my experience with her adjudicating, that she has an unfair bias towards women.
BASED SOLELY ON THE FACTS OF THE CASE:
There was no justice issued.
I'm appealing.
No fairness.

Spent her career as a prosecutor prior to bench and it certainly shows. DO NOT speak over her and keep courtroom etiquette impeccable as she has a temper and will not hesitate to chastise a defendant/ officer/ attorney/ and very possibly even chastise a seeing-impaired little old lady for crossing the street during a "don't to walk" signal... Tough on defendants- so do whatever mitigation you can and play it up- but not horribly unfair

Judge Mosley is a disgrace to the judge ship. She either does not understand /know the law or simply does what she wants without honor. She does not care about facts, Perjury, or statue of limitation. When I was in front of her I had the feeling that her mind was already made up before hearing the case, She even made comment to confirm my suspicion" let it in, it's not going to effect your case" She does not have any respect for the people in her court or the people that work with her. She is bias and possibly prejudice. Judge Mosley has a great resume and this goes to show one can not judge a book by it's cover. "NPI" I find it concerning that she is on the bench. People need to take a closer look at how she disregards the law and people's constitutional right's Be warned white men!

Judge Mosley is the WORST judge on the District court. She is a liberal democrat. She is biased against men. If you are a man who has been falsely accused in a restraining order hearing, you are SCREWED. I was slandered in court by a woman who is a liar and a career criminal who gave false testimony during the hearing and Judge Mosley didnt care what I had to say in my defense. As others have stated on here, her decision was already made beforehand. She does not know the law and goes against the law. During one court hearing for a civil domestic matter, she had to ask attorney Jennifer Alexander for help because she didn't know the law on a particular statute. During my hearing for an extension of a restraining order, the criminal woman who lied in court against me had no evidence and against the statute of the law, and Mosley summarily extended it another year. Mind you, I have no criminal record, I live in a affluent, white, upper middle class neighborhood. Even though the law on this was quoted to her verbatim, she didn't care and condescendingly and arrogantly said "if you don't like it, you can appeal to the circuit court." If you are a man and have been falsely accused in a restraing order, prepare beforehand to appeal to the circuit court because you will lose beforehand. This is why I no longer vote democrat.

Judge Mosley is a fair and unbiased person. She does her job being blind to color and race. She also tries to resolve situations in cases and counsels litigants on obtaining the necessary tools and resources to stay out of trouble. I am a young first year law student who is inspired by her professionalism and love for her job. She is a true Role Model for me.

This was a bail review, an unconstitutional bail was set at $40k, this is an amount I could never pay. I am a recluse and have Aspergers. I have multiple medical issues which prevent me from doing day to day activities. I have never had any criminal charges. I am in no way a flight risk and the charges were excessive, the Grand Jury dismissed majority of charges which could have been construed as "serious". She didn't even listen to my public defender, she was did not listen to the fact I am disabled, under multiple doctors care, and I have Asperger Syndrome. She had made her decision before she ever sat down, no review was made of the circumstances, and I feel that not only was this a case of "reverse prejudice, this is a blatant disrespect for what our judicial system should be and is intended to be. A bail is set to ensure you show up for court, not as a punishment forcing a person to sell off and beg, and borrow for freedom that is afforded to me by the 8th amendment.
This judge has no respect or is not bright enough to understand that The American's Disability Act - Section II gives me certain rights which were not afforded. Because of another rating I want indicate that I am white, middle aged male who lives in a relatively nice suburban neighborhood. The person who went after me was an African American who was being charged with a firearm charge and had told me he had prior offenses and a record. The attorney commented after the judge lowered this man's bail, that he had never seen a bail review lower the bail so much in his life. I am not taking anything away from the defendant, just pointing out this Judge is not an impartial judge and should be removed from the bench.

This judge needs to be FIRED. She is PREJUDICE and HATES WHITE people and finds them guilty of crimes they did not even commit and were made up and also hates LANDLORDS. We need to do everything we can do to get her unseated at ONCE. She is a treat to the State of MD Legal system. She herself should be thrown in jail.

I appeared before her on a domestic violence matter and found her very fair and even. I think sadly a lot of people posting on here just don't like the fact that an intelligent woman can hold a position of power!

She had an obvious biased towards African Americans. She treated them differently and spoke to them respectfully and quietly, making sure they understood everything. Since my son is caucasian, her attitude towards him was completely different than the African Americans prior to his case coming before her. For a minor paraphernalia charge (no drugs or residue on paraphernalia), he had to fly to MD from his current residence in the midwest to appear before her. He told her that he had moved and gotten away from the element he was involved in while in MD. He explained that he has moved his life in a positive direction - he has a house, a good job, etc. She didn't want to hear the plea or the attorney general's (prosecutor) suggestion (which was a fine of $500). She charged him guilty. He now will lose his job and his home because of his record. Even the attorney general representatives were mortified. She is on a power trip against white people. Worst judge ever.

We are a property management company that has to file every month for non-payment of rent. This Judge is completely biased for the side of the tenant who has NOT paid rent. Judge Mosley speaks in very quiet voice, very fast so you cannot even understand what is going on with your own case. She is discourteous, condescending, boorish and curt with all the individuals attempting to get the rent that is due to them. Why she thinks not paying rent is acceptable, esp when you have a voucher and your rent could be as little as $100 - I cannot fathom. I have no idea what her issue is, it seems personal and she should NOT be allowed to hear these kinds of cases. Completely unacceptable.

Bad temper. I have seen her scream from the bench. She prejudges certain issues without hearing evidence. She is only on the bench for political reasons and she will likely not improve with age. Keeping my fingers crossed that they don't move her to the Circuit Court.
