Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: MD9510
Rating:2.6
Comments:
Judge Dorothy Wilson is a bias judge when it comes to Domestic violence, having been a subcommittee chair for DV. She will almost always take the side of the prosecution and will not review evidence because her opinion on the defendant has already been made before any trial commence. If you are not familiar with her, watching her review other cases before your hearing or trial could seem as though she is fair and lenient. However, when it comes to criminal litigation and DV she is 100% pro-prosecution, which is not just at all.
