As a civil litigant (defendant), I find judge Stephen J. Baker to be like most other lawyers in black dresses, who are put up on an artificial pedestal... nearly useless and not worthy of the esteem they so desperately seek!

I only gave him a "1" because "0" wasn't an option (but he is a "zero" in his profession).
