She is too pompeous! She consistantly interrupts you, rushes you to talk and twists your testimony. Not a great or compassionate judge. She needs to bring the attitude down a few notches. People are there for resolutions, not to be victimized by those who are supposed to uphold the law! It makes me lose confidence in our judicial system with her demeanor.

Intellectually and factual disingenuous. Will misrepresent facts- even stuff in the court's file- to suit her purposes. Came to proper conclusion, finally, after a load of nonsense. Look, we know she handles a lot of matters in a day, most often immediately after being handed a file she has never seen- we understand she couldn't possibly know everything. She needs to stop acting like she does when she clearly doesn't, and allow the folks who have been living the file and had an actual opportunity to review to bring her up to speed. I think that may be where the insecurity comes from- hopefully she'll come to understand that WE understand, and lose that part of her demeanor. As a judge, she is by default the smartest person in the room. She needs to try lass hard to prove it.

Comments:
Typical career government lawyer. She is rude and unpredictable. She yells at people like they are children. Especially the attorneys. She confuses herself on the bench and once had to walk off to listen to her recording because she did not pay attention to the most important fact in the case. then came out and yelled at the lawyer for being right. Her insecurities are ever present and have no place in the courtroom. The problem is, she is a very good sentencer which is why she gets some high scores. Otherwise, just another career government lawyer counting the days until retirement and making everyone suffer with her.

Comments:
Horribly rude. Insecure and inappropriate in her comments. I have almost walked away from the trial table because of her yelling. She is a do nothing judge and acts like litigants and attorneys inconvenience her by being on her docket.

This judge litigated a he said/she said case with one independent witness. Claims and cross-claims. Numerous out-of-state witnesses. This judge was rude to the attorneys and litigants. At the end of this long case, she found that neither side met the burden of proof and ignored testimony of one independent witness. Avoid her at all costs.
