The Honorable Kathleen Cox
Chief Administrative Judge
Baltimore County Government
Historic Courthouse
400 Washington Avenue
Towson, Maryland 21204

Dear Judge Cox:

This is a complaint in the unfair way and manner your court has treated me as a Pro se litigant. The majority of my filings were ruled continously in favor of Wall Street Financial institutions. Every filing rather lawful or unlawful your court rules in favor of the banks and DENIES my court filings.

The recent filing ignoring federal law is egregious handed down by Judge Justin King right before the Thanksgiving break.

My attorney who your court has also violated her rights by preventing her on numerous of occasions from entering her appearance is unethical on its head.

She also informed that she did not receive any notice of Judge Justin J. Kings "MOOT" ruling that violates civil procedure.

I am requesting that he be removed from my case as he is clearly bias and can not be fair in his way and manner he rules.

As a taxpayer who just played nearly $4,000 worth of County taxes to Baltimore County for agencies such as yourself. I am outraged at the level of disrespectful manner your court treats consumers and homeowners as though we have any rights.

You are a "Court of Equity" not a court for greedy Wall Street Banks and and are accountable to taxpayers. Especially, wrongfully putting citizens out of their homes by way of fraudulent foreclosures.

As an African American female I find your court to be discriminatory and borderline unethical in its unfair and bias rulings in favor of the business sector against not only minorities, but every day average citizens and this must change.

I would appreciate a response to my complaint. My contact information is or email

Sincerely,

Other

Judge King is a relentless advocate for the gay community. He tirelessly supports male abusers. He is subject to gender bias against women and children victims of domestic violence. Leaving the Mother's of children homeless and left supporting the abuser, even when the abuser makes over 200% what the newly employed Mother makes. Gender bias with this Judge is alive and well. If you are female, a victim of abuse or expect Christian values and fairness applied to your case - get another Judge. Run! House of Ruth, The Women's Law Center and other Judicial Watch groups have all been made aware.

I've been in court over 100-times in 3-states. Based on my experience, this judge is biased and a bully. He takes pride in being an "Officer of the Court" and is willing to protect the court, but he cares nothing about the citizens -- the people the Court supposedly protects.

He cares nothing about right and wrong, fair or unfair ... just needs to get his boxes checked. Good administrator, but he is no judge.

He is biased against self-represented individuals, thus denying the poorest people a fair hearing on civil and family matters.

He abused his authority in our case -- virtually assuring us that he would not allow us to prepare for trial (even though the State failed to properly notify us) and would rule against us. I sat through two other hearings and in both instances, he was more concerned with the party's ability to fill out on application for Medicaid than any interest in the party's fitness as guardian. Money talks in his courtroom, obviously. Fortunately we have enough money that we could get our way, but poor people don't stand a chance with this judge.

Avoid, unless you have money.

Gotta say, after a few jury trials before Judge King, he's one of the most pleasant and competent on the bench. Let's you try your case, rules correctly (on many motions, against me), and is simply what a good judge should be.
