The Cartel AFCC are running the court system and this Judges and all the Court appointed custody advocates, lawyers, Judges, divorce lawyers, expert witnesses and everyone involved in the court are all run by the Cartel. The AFCC organization is following the money and both Fatherhood and Violence against women and children and shows how each contribute and generate worlds of tainted research, training and treatment methods to hand over children into a world of drugging the children with Fentalyn and Heroin, doing child sex trafficking, child sex porn, drug trafficking, enter them into gangs, right wing extremists terrorist groups and these fathers are killing children as well once they do parental alienation to the mothers and put contract to kill on the mothers by gang stalking them in cars, do electronic eavesdropping in their homes and drug the mothers with Fentalyn and Heroin. Judge Albright and all the other Judges all run by the Cartel to kill children and mothers.Mothers , take your children away and seek asylum in another country to save your children and yourself. The Cartel killed my child at the hands of handing my child over to the father with full custody, save each and every child.

How could a judge in 2020, in a juvenile case, walk in a courtroom not knowing what the social media platform Snapchat is? We lost hours of our lives in court simply having to explain to her what Snapchat is, how it works, what terms private, friend, follow, tag, post, etc mean. Baffling. On top of that, her time management skills are poor.

Judge Anne Albright does not come across as a good judge of character, apparently has favorite lawyers and should check her privilege.
While sitting in her courtroom, I could only wonder how miserable her home life must be, her hair was disheveled, she spilled her coffee at her desk, worse, she was so obviously eager to leave, she walked out of the courtroom before she ruled on a motion and had to be called back. Frankly, a judge who is not caring enough to show up to work looking professional, is as disengaged as she was, and rather leave than finish her job, should not be passing any judgment pertaining to the rights of others.

In her courtroom, a male attorney stated that a minority female involved with the case needed “to shut her mouth” and go along with what his client wanted. He then said that same female “is off the leash.” Apparently, no one has spoken to Judge Albright in such a demeaning way, because she barely flinched and allowed that to be said in her courtroom.

Finally, one would think a Judge would take the time to educated themselves with addiction, regarding medical conditions like dementia, and abuse considering the type of cases that come through family court every single day. Judge Albright was embarrassing ill informed or maybe just did not care. She was more worried about the socio -economic situation of that minority female getting disrespected by the other attorney to care about making any sort of unbiased, impartial or fact/evidence-based decision.

Her comments about Mental Health
Diagnosis and treatment are ambarresing.
She could apply some of them to HERSELF.
I heard several of them which were totally unacceptable for a judge to say. She should resigne otherwise be fired. She does not have the knowledge the empathy the Impartiality a Judge should have.
Totally reckless and with very poor judgment.

Judge Albright is one of the worse judges I have ever seen. I witnessed her ruling bad the first time
worse the second time despite having clear evidences and even worse the third time.
Please if you have children avoid this judge.
She shows extremely poor judgment.
She does not make justice. She is totally unapropiated, bias and unfair.
Makes statements about how to medicate a child with stimulants.
When the child does not have even ADHD or need for medication
I have enough Court experience to say: she is the worse judge I even seen. Poor decision making.
She should be taking out of the court as a judge. Nobody deserves injustice when they are looking for justice.

During trial, she reversed her own rulings re; objections more times than I could count, and ruled witness' testimony inadmissible (in front of the jury) despite previously ruling it admissible during a hearing held outside the presence of the jury.

Bad judge. Not sure how judges get selected in Montgomery County, but they need to review the process if it results in judges like this.
Doesn't understand the law or even basic rules of evidence. She had her mind made up before opening statements were even done and suggested we skip the rest of the hearing so she could render her ruling (I'm not kidding or exaggerating- she said this based on the other side's opening).

She was unable to be impartial. She discounted important evidence and established facts. Her knowledge of mental health issues was insulting, she implied that a schizophrenia was a temporary condition. She expressed her personal opinions with no fact=based sightings. She clearly discounted the well being of the child whose custody was at stake never once asking to speak to the child who was clearly old enough to know why he does not wish to be with his father.

She didn't appear able to be impartial. She did not listen to or regard any of the facts or evidence our side presented and seemed to go out of her way to discount clear cut evidence if it went counter to her preconceived opinion. Her ruling left me without custody of my children when I was clearly the primary care-giver for the last two years. I am a stay at home dad and she seemed to not recognize that the concept of a stay at home dad is a real one. Disturbing.

This judge has both good and bad aspects about her. She tries to be even-handed and fair, and I absolutely love her demeanor in court. She should hold seminars on courtroom behavior. That said, I am less than impressed with her legal scholarship.

I have observed many cases in the Montgomery Circuit Court. Honorable Anne Albright was fair and impartial. She was very knowledgeable about the law. I agree with comments from the previous litigant; it was clear she cared about doing what was right. There is at least one judge in the Montgomery County Circuit Court that would be better off learning from her example.
