Hello Master Harris. I desperately need your help if possible. You were the judge in my divorce proceedings. I am currently/well was in court today, Nov 3. I am a 100% disabled veteran. My ex husband has an attorney, I cannot afford one. Yet I lost and am now ordered to pay his attorney fees ($17,000). During my divorce hearings I paid $37,500 in attorney fees, his fault because he committed adultery and abandon myself and our children. Now I am not entitled to the $17,600 I am owed yet now I owe him. This is not okay or day. I live on disability alone and poverty levels. He is a GS-15 on Indian Head base with 20 years under his belt. He makes AT LEAST $183000 and is receiving 90% disability by the VA. I was treated unfairly today. Not in the club of attorneys I can tell. My daughter and I are being forced from our home and facing homelessness. The $17,600 he owes me is the ONLY money I had to help us move. Now I cannot afford to move us. I cannot afford first months rent and deposit. My credit is poor and I am getting denied every way I turn. I have been totally taken advantage of due to my 100% mental health disabilities. Panic disorder. PTSD. We are terrified and don’t know where to turn Mr Harris. Can you please point me in the right direction. I cannot represent myself. I am not able or well enough to do so. Thank you sir. Jennifer Shea 240-496-9535

I absolutely loved appearing in front of Magistrate Harris. He chastised my ex wife for refusing to find meaningful work and granted me use and possession of the marital home, as well as 50/50 custody. He is a staunch advocate of equal shared parenting, or so it appears.

My client did not commit anything wrong but because of who opposition's lawyer was, which is this Judge's law firm partner, she was terminated on parental rights yet pays the father child support. When its this bad, something has really gone astray in St Mary's County.
