Judge Boyer is fair, but tough. He is also humble, and honest when he makes a mistake. Judge Boyer is what I would call old school, and that school is one of hard knocks. But in the end, if you put in the effort, and brief the fact and the law appropriately, this Judge will grant you the relief you are entitled to. On the other hand, I do not think Judge Boyer is in the business of giving anyone a free ride, no matter how shiny the wingtip on your feet are!

If you appear in front of this Judge be prepared in all aspects of your case, and be on time with the documents, or caselaw in support of your cause.

This idiot needs to be removed from the bench. Worst judge I have ever experienced. He changed the terms of a non-modifiable agreement, placed the defendant in jail for the modification when the defendant continuously stated he had the “$75”, however, he just needed to walk down to 2nd floor to get the money at the ATM located in the courthouse. Judge stated you don’t have the money? My son told him yes but needed to go to ATM, Judge stated he was in contempt and placed him in custody. He spent 5 days in jail for $75 and I am still not convinced the judge had the authority to change the terms of the non-modifiable contract. Seems to me he is being biased and not applying true blind justice. This is the beginning of my complaint to have this judge removed from the bench and if possible, to have him disbarred.
Washington county has taken away my son’s children for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! This is the worst county for fair justice.
