Never seen a judge who finds someone guilty with zero evidence, or even realized it was possible until I went to court in front of this judge. I wouldn't trust this person to mow my lawn, no idea how he was put in a position to preside over legal cases. With great power comes great responsibility... except in Judge Flores' case apparently. He asked twice "do you have any evidence?" and the person said no both times, he still found me guilty. Respect for the courts is at an all time low in my book, this guy is a major reason why.

Judge Flores has no idea how to apply law. Fails miserably as a sitting judge in Frederick County. Desperately needs to go back to Law School 101. Should be removed from bench ASAP.

Hon. Dino E. Flores Jr. is an awful judge who doesn't understand what reasonable doubt is or even or basic law. If I could rate zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.

I was involved in a very difficult case against a former coworker. Judge Flores presided over the case, listened carefully to testimony and rendered an opinion that was fair to both sides. Great judge!
