She signed various paperwork for different phases of my blackmail case but only administratively. According to the attorney, Jaklitsch let an accused attempted murderer out on bail and he finished the job. She spent 2015 under a sham investigation, then avoided discipline by resigning with her six-figure pension intact.

In "the Best Interest of the kids" is not her forte. Not sure if its lack of knowledge or just pure laziness. Families are being destroyed and no one seems to care.

hardest working judge we have, and the judge all the other judges appear to go to when they don't know how to handle something. Lawyers on both sides LOVE this judge...for great reasons. If someone complains about this judge, it's obvious they lost their case and just want to gripe. She's fantastic.

Presided over a case where a man was falsely accused of DV against his wife who does this when she doesn't get her way. This man was her third. I wrote a letter to Jaklitsch after the sentencing and told her there would be more. I was right, but what do I know, I am just a retaliatory mother of an innocent man.

Hats off to the party who took the bogus ruling of this "good solid 'C'" to the COSA. I've been saying this about Jacklitsch and others for years, but I'm just a conspiracy theorist, according to these judges.

She was just reversed by COSA for allowing a documented liar to prosecute a frivolous protective order, and then ignoring all common sense in granting it. Her clear error is now a black eye on the circuit court in AA.

Ignores heinous false allegations, even when the jury doesn't. Vilified me for not taking accountability for things I didn't do. [Redacted] deny signing a motion to have a stolen computer from me, which contained a video of drunken ex wife physically attacking me while I held our 4 month old baby, emails in which she admitted filing false police reports against me because she "will say or do anything" to get her way, emails in which she boasts of how crazy she is, and an email in which we discussed her pointing a gun at my son and I. Jacklitsch's behavior set a precedent resulting in me being denied justice in future hearings as well. My ex has sole custody of our son who's had a broken arm, fingerprint-shaped bruises, stitches in his forehead, and patches of hair missing. This is why we don't play games with MD Rules and people's civil rights.

How ... you ask? Because some judges (not all) lack common sense. I can guarantee if the opposite gender committed the same atrocity, the sentencing would be very different. Very dangerous individuals are sworn in the position of controlling authority who willfully choose to abuse that authority. While others, remain true to their authority and oath. Some are abundantly aware of the irreparable harm they prolong but feel no remorse. Pains me to think of honorable members behind the bench aware of their colleagues conduct but without the courage to remedy a known & unlawful behavioral injustice.

Chalk up another good call for Jaklitsch. Gives a drunk driver a six year term and suspends most of it giving him credit for time served. He MURDERED someone, took a life. She gives a guy ten years with all suspended but one year with credit for time served for second degree assault. Perhaps she needs to revisit the law??????

So, let me get this right. A woman sprays RAID on her husband's heart medication and gets credit for time served and is free. A woman steals a school bus and will spend a year and a half in jail for that. Are these judges for real????????????

This judge let a woman who blatantly sprayed Raid on her husband's heart medicine off with time served. This sure looked like attempted murder. My son was sentenced to 10 yes with all but one suspended for a second degree assault charge because he was married to a serial false accuser. She filed the same charges against husband #2, AND went before this same judge!! Neither husband #2 or 3 had any assault charges before or after her. Looks like gender bias to me.

Judge Michelle Jaklitsch sentenced Jason N Pagayayo to 6months of probation after he caused an accident killing 3 people and wounding several others. Though he was not distracted by cell phone or found to be under the influence he still was distracted. He was well aware of what he was doing for the 12 seconds he had his eyes off the road. Mr. Pagayayo had no business driving that truck or any other vehicle. He has no idea what he has done to the victims families. He claims to think about that day often but he will never feel the impact of the families. I know accidents happen and that should've only been considered if it was caused by equipment failure. Instead these girls lost their lives over a piece of trash and a map? Just like drinking and driving, and cell phones the trash and map could've waited. Maryland has terrible laws and until they change them theses things will continue to happen because people know if they cause such a tragedy they will get no more than a smack on hand. Mr. Pagayayo may remember this for the next five years but then his life will go on. For the victims loved ones their lives have forever changed. These victims are not coming back in 5 yrs, Mr Pagayayo should never get his driving privileges back. His licenses should be taken for life.

Presided over a case between my ex and I. Favored the ex. My child recently visited for the 5th time in 13 months with either fingerprint-shaped bruises, eye injuries, or a bruised forehead. CPS, DSS, and AACO police won't do anything. Based on what happened in court, they ignore my child's injuries and suggest that I'm being retaliatory. I guess addressing my child's injuries is too demanding since it requires gov't workers to actually do their jobs. Did I mention that my child told law enforcement that the mother caused the injuries? Judge Jacklitsch also sided with opposing counsel in stifling significant evidence of past instances of domestic violence, child abuse, and false allegations. It's disgusting that Judge Michele Jacklitsch gets paid $143,160/annually, by the people of Maryland, to make biased decisions, and throw defenseless children into the fire. Yes, there is much more to this story. I don't think the public would stand by this if they knew all of the ins and outs of this case.

My lawyer states she seemed very lax (lazy?) on the bench and he's never had a judge take so long to decide on a simple divorce in 25+ years. Been over 5 months since the trial and still waiting to hear a decision... Ugh... Someone's too lazy or incompetent to do her job.

Judge Jaklitsch is the hardest working judge there is. She is always prepared, is always fair, and is still taking cases hours after every other judge has gone home. No one treats litigants, witnesses or lawyers any better than she does. No wonder every lawyer and every court staff member adores her.

Not a "common sense" judge at all. She needs to look up "high conflict personalities" and educate herself. She played the role of the perfectly puppeted judge in a disgraceful circus of a court. She was anything, but honorable.

Sure, it's easy to brown nose if you're a lawyer and Jacklitsch presides over a case that goes in your favor. But what about all of the cases she's botched? Jacklitsch is one of the judges, in particular, I use as an example as I continuously contact various advocacy, watchdog, civil rights and special interest groups while trying to uncover all of the follies that are prevalent throughout the AA County judicial system. The people need a voice. Particularly the minorities and lower income citizens who are more easily bullied into submission by [redacted by Ed.] prosecutors and judges like Jacklitsch. I've seen it and I guarantee it happens a lot more than anyone can imagine. Many of the accused don't have the means to sufficiently defend themselves against false and/or exaggerated claims, and when they try to proclaim their innocence, they are punished all the more for their "lack of accountability." It's all too easy. I've always been tough on crime; but I'm also for being tough on inadequate judges and corrupt prosecutors, which is a crime in itself. The system is in dire need of reform. It's time for people to speak up ande start holding judges like Jacklitsch accountable for their failures, so that they're either forced to improve, or get off the bench to make room for someone who's more qualified! The difference between the state and me is that I can substantiate every one of the claims I am making. Maybe a half-hearted judge isn't smart enough to see it, but the public surely will!

Judge Jacklitsch demonstrated that she doesn't have the competency or the integrity to see through the lies of a false witness. She is a fine example of what is wrong with the legal system and clearly doesn't care whose lives she destroys. Jacklitsch perpetuates the stereotype of a lopsided legal system, in turn ruining lives and tearing apart families. She's clearly more concerned with her career and her image than she is with truth and justice!

I sat in on a court case involving one of my best friends. His wife made FALSE accusations about him and he was at the detention center for 9 mos. He lost his job, his home, nad hasn't seen his son since early Dec. If anyone had listened to his wife's testimony, they would have clearly seen she was lying. She sent her two daughters into the courtroom with a victim's advocate and they texted their mother the entire time telling her what was going on in there. The older daughter was allowed to testify at the last minute and did so just to get attention because what she said di not implicate my friend at all. I have been on vacations with them and for no reason the wife picked up dishes and threw them at my friend. She is always drunk, and once left the older daughter in her car at 1 AM in the parking lot of a bar while she sat in there drinking. She made false claims against her second husbnad which were similar to the ones she made against my friend. She went before Judge Jaklitsch with him too. Turn the lights on, honey, and let someone be home!!!!! The SA was a joke and should hear the water cooler talk about herself from her peers. The wife is now out and bragging about how she "put away another one, while donning her "Loser Magnet" tee shirt. The justice system is appalling at best. We all heard good things about this judge, but we surely did not see them. I was at the sentencing too, and the things the wife said were almost funny if it were not about someone's life. As they left the courtroom, the advocate and the wife were laughing. I hope this judge can sleep at night or look herself in the mirror because she sure screwed up with this one. They say judges are supposed to be fair and unbiased.........HA. I saw parts of the trial for the Dr. who is accused of killing Michael Jackson. If he is found guilty, he gets 4 years. My friend is only guilty of trying to fend of this maniac and gets 10 yrs with all but one suspended. Sleep tight!

At first, I thought she would be very fair, but that was not the case. she listened intently to the witnesses and at times seemed very sympathetic to the defendant. She then allowed the daughter of the plaintiff testify at the last minute and sat there as the girl blatantly perjured herself. the defendant received the maximum penalty and the plaintiff got away scot free. There was more evidence against the plaintiff than the defendant, but since the plaintiff was a woman, the poor man got slammed. He has lost everything, his home, a great job, seeing his little boy and basically his life while she is out on drinking binges and ruining the lives of her children. She has been reported for child abuse several times, but I guess that doesn't matter. The women win!
