Judge Bryant’s performance of following Procedural Law is below average. As an advocacy group for fathers rights Judge Bryant’s display of following Procedural Law in Family Court is deplorable.

I have been before her several times and she is incompetent and uninterested in the best interest of the children. Ironically, she was significantly prejudiced against the single mothers with full custody, and in one case, ruled entirely without basis against a disabled mother (not my case, just heard and observed while waiting).

Judge Bryant is a good judge in civil litigation. Only knock would be when she reads the voir dire. She breaks it down too much.

Totally incompetent - where did they find her? Shortening the length of term on the bench is an interesting approach.

I also agree that the length of term on the bench should be shortened! we need judges who are seriously concerned about our men, women and children and not just their special interest.

Judge Bryant does not have the ability to understand finances or even simple issues, much less complex issues. In family court, I have observed that her decisions are not in the best interest of the children and appear arbitrary and without basis. She is unprofessional and incompetent (has demonstrated a lack of knowledge of the law).

I went to other lawyers that fully aware of her bias nonesense she can keep it.yvette m byant needs to be exposed.. I never voted for her. I know that she has the masters behind her. She doesnt give my reprepresentation no chance to speak.

I'm make a strong "second" to the opinions expressed by others here. Judge Bryant is unprofessional and rude, she can't handle complex issues, she's abrupt, and she should probably not be on the bench - but she makes decisions about family matters in a city where the breakdown of families is rampant. I've appeared before her on a broad array of matters and every time I cringe because I don't know what we're going to get on any given day. Hides behind her fortress of a bench. She represents the worst of the city's jurists.

She's just pure evil and unprofessional. Doesn't bother to read evidence. Doesn't bother with the facts. Definitely doesn't care about the lives involved, which is sad because children are involved in my case. She is reckless and dangerous. She should not be in a courtroom, let a lone presiding over one. The city is probably going to have yet another law suit on their hands the longer she stays on.

Slowly but surely citizens are beginning to see the injustice of our courts. Especially when it comes to making decisions concerning families.IT is truly sad. Maybe they should shorten their years of serving on the bench to five years and allow citizens to vote for them the next five years. That way we won't have to suffer for seventeen years or more because we have bias, uncaring, rude, unprofessional judges on the bench!

She is unprofessional, rude and does not care either way about the case before her. [Redacted by Ed.] Cynthia Jones and Tanner are judges that follow Bryant and master Andrea F. Kelly is another one to look out for. She is not only biased [Redacted by Ed.]. And dares those to defy her. Masters are protected by their judges and her judge is Bryant. It is one big freak show on this that bench. The city and judicial system knows about these judiciaries and Just like with everything else, nothing will be done unless a riot breaks out. Or it's one of their family members in trouble. But by then, they have the means to make everything go the way they need it to go. I say overhaul every last one of them bottom to top. They are rude and biased. They seem to be taken out their personal issues on the public instead of serving them.

She does NOT belong on the bench! She is very unprofessional and petty. "Biased" isn't even a strong enough term when it comes to her rulings. She does not take all evidence into account and seems to rule according to her own person prejudices! Please beware

After seeing her preside in court, with her mood swings and her temperment, yikes! She's rude and condescending, and does not seem to care about the case, just in a rush to finish. She seems a bit "off" or not altogether there professionally or mentally to be honest. Not as professional as other judges.

Reading these comments and hearing the negative things that are said about this judge out in the streets of Baltimore (agencies) really doesn't give me much hope for my children or my current case. I guess I'm just going to have to continue to be a mother getting screwed over regardless how hard I fight for my children. This is truly sad and depressing.

What about parents who actually are trying to protect their children and must turn to the court and have to get a judge involved then? What happens when this judge's opinions sends and or keeps a child in an abusive situation? Stereotypes of Black women aside, the only responsibilty once cases make it to court is to the child(ren) using facts. Anyone can get on a stand and lie and degrade the other person especially in a custody case. What do the facts prove? Is Judge Bryant going off of the facts given or whatever mood she happen to be in that day? She has shown to have different moods/temperaments at different times of the day. However if Judge Bryant or any other sitting judge or master is incapable or unwilling to do the job, the proper decision is to step down. The alternative is to accept and shoulder the consequences their rulings/recommendations have on the families especially the children. Most importanly stop looking at these matters as simply dockets and a case number but what they are: families in need of help.

It appears that this judge is setting black women back to medieval times. She clearly favors males who are absentee parents and the sterotypical fathers of the jurisdiction which she presides over. She totally berated my friend when she was attempting to get justice and fairness for her daughter who is an innocent victim in her biological father's scheme to make "the GOOD PARENT" look badly. When she is on the bench, it is clear that she has no clue that a competent judge has to the citizens of the jurisdiction the she serves.

Her ending of my case was of her opinions which were so wrong and way off base and opposite of my character. She never even in no shape or form looked at our trial from December of 2014. Horrible Judge and his lawyer has a bad past of career as well. I would not be surprised if they were friends.

She is a very rude and disrespectful individual with a nasty disposition. She definitely is a poor example of positive and effective leadership. She believes that she is entitled because of the robe she wears which she uses to intimidate all in the courtroom. What she does represent is the epitome of everything that is wrong with Baltimore Family Court (Court System) in general. She does not make turning to the legal system any less daunting, even when you are the one looking for help and justice, which so many who have had the misfortune to go in front of her, are in fact seeking.

This woman should not be on the bench. I have seen her tear pages out of the official court file and then say she does not see them in the court file. She has a clear bias. She will rule without evidence. I have seen her on several occasions either deny or grant a Motion within a day of the filing without allowing opposing counsel to reply or Answer before her ruling. She talks about cases and parties and counsel to the court staff including not only the clerks but the bailiff's and the clerks at the intake desk. She is mean spirited and will put defamatory remarks about the parties and the counsel in her rulings for public record. Finally, she regularly communicates ex parte with either a party or an attorney and will rule based on the ex parte communication. She should not be on the bench. That is my conclusion. She is a disgrace to the Court.

This was one of the worst judges I had ever worked with in 30 years of practice. She clearly favored opposing counsel. I generally work in another jurisdiction. She would interrupt and cut off both me and my client. Opposing counsel represented an alcoholic who wanted to increase custodial rights. They were granted on no evidence whatsoever. Her ruling was an hour along and full of personal bias against my client, whom she perceived as being mean-spirited. Worst yet, the alcoholic has since been involved in several incidents with minor children in the car.
