Hugh Clarke is a fraud. Stay away from him at all costs. He doesn't follow or really even understand the law. He claims that "precedent" is a Michigan Supreme Court case that was decided "yesterday" or "going to be decided within the next couple of hours." He doesn't understand contract law, choice of law clauses, statute of limitations, or the Michigan Rules of Court. Hugh Clarke should be removed from the bench. He is a disgrace to all of the outstanding district judges in the State of Michigan. Review some of his cases through the transcripts. It's amazing that this man is a district judge, let alone an attorney.
